When I fire a beam at someone it explode right ? and balls too ? In Dragon Ball Z , beams don't explode when touch , they damage the character clothes and health and continue firing , Like in beam stuggle of cell Gohan
When I do a beam stuggle against someone online, who lose get exploded but it's not true in Dragon Ball Z
Of course balls explode when touch and beams explode only if they are swatted back or touch ground
Can someone implent it ? PLEASE I hope you understand

The beams only go over the character and not explode when:
-the beam is bigger than the person defending
-the beam finishes off the character an it evaporates.
-the character doesn't have any stamina left and isn't able to defend.

Like the Genki Dama that killed Buu, the beam that used Trunks for disintegrate freeza, or bigbangkamehameha...

exactly they DISANTEGREATE THE character but Saiyans characters they just disantegrate the clothes
like krillin vs Nappa
Other type of beam : which carry the opponent with it when beam struggle like Vegeta vs Goku

In Earth Special Forces beams carry you if use defense.

In ZEQ2-lite it will be only if you block at the correct time, if you block before or after you get carried
