FPS:99999?!?! 
Nice config. For people who can't run ZeroGs use GSDX.
It is much faster than ZeroGs.
My GFX is 9600GT and it runs good. Also in can run on 8xxx series.
Also I use SSXPad to configure the controler, it is much easier.
On LilyPad I can't seem to make the analog work properly.

I tried to play budokai tenkaichi on my laptop and it run on 9fps I think. Infitite world worked on 30 and Dragonball sagas on 30 too. Last time I used it was a year ago so I'm not sure but maybe then can work with newer version. anyway here's my con.

Your problem lies in your graphics chip. Intel GMA graphics chips such as the one in your laptop are what's known as "Seriously Handicapped Innefficient Technology", though most people just call it by the acronym

my configuration window is different. I got the newest version of pcsx2. so as I already wrote someone give me bios and plugins. I don't have the same sound as you do and I don't know where to set fps...

@Turlesking, I don't think that your config can work on an almost every PC configuration.
@Malek Sorry configs for PCSX can't be put in a cfg file.

I have the games working but the only problem I'm having is the game play and sound is really choppy and laggy can anyone help me with this problem?
