well here you can post what characters you want to be made. I personally cannot model but I can maybe make a character out of existing models. I just need something to work on .... any ideas ?

that Buu I want that can transform into this forms  (I can't make myself a character )

...Zaneo...you can't animate yet your taking requests...this makes sense...by the way if your going to just model them then let someone else animate why does it matter that you will need the animations for smaller character if this will be done by someone else anyways...I'm pretty sure if it is a good enough model, someone wouldn't mind taking their time out to do this.
