Read below for instructions on how to connect.
IP addresses for ZEQ2Lite servers:
UP
zeq2lite.no-ip.org
98.148.78.28 (Up sometimes)
DOWN
US Server: 74.194.101.105
EU Server: azus.mine.nu (DOWN until further notice)
EU Server: 83.119.144.89 (not dedicated, but usually online when Forza is on irc)
Step A to connect: Start game -> Play button -> Specify button -> Type in the number (or copy and paste the numbers) into the address box -> Fight button.
Step B to connect: Start game -> Press ~ key (above the tab key on most keyboards) to bring the console down. Type \connect xx.xx.xx.xx
Replace the xx.xx.xx.xx with the IP address you wish to use. You can copy and paste IP numbers into the console.

After you put in the IP adress twice, how long are you supposed to wait? I just sit there until numbers go up?

If you can't connect to the IP after 5 challenges you can stop and try another IP.

You don't need to set one, it will use the standard port automatically.
