Got tired of looking at some of the other semi-beautimus Super Saiyan Goku head models out there, so I decided to make my own.
Took the stock ZEQ2 Lite Goku head, and edited and re-edited the hair until it looked "right" to me, then altered the existing Super Saiyan head texture for it to remove the black lines(for accuracy, since those lines weren't as visible when Goku first transformed on Namek).
Tags might be a bit off, but it seems to work okay in game for me... Let me know if it doesn't work, and I'll try and figure out what's wrong...(The skin files are included, and it uses the default Goku shader, so it should plug and play nicely...)
The hair isn't animated at the moment, but I might do something more with it later.
Use it, delete it, animate it, just do something with it.

Shenku, the hair looks great, nice to see some different Super Saiyan hair for a change.
by the way, it would be real awesome if you could animate the Super Saiyan hair, you would be the first to do so!

I considered animating it, but then I also considered that I spent about 5 and a half hours just editing the model itself yesterday...
I'll see about whipping up some animations for it...

Took the hair, and re-merged it with the default Goku head to get the facial animations back, then animated the hair a little bit. I didn't put too much effort into it, so it's not as great as it could be, but it should be better than the many other Super Saiyan Goku heads with the über stiff hair gel...

Just unpack into your Super Saiyan tier, and it should work.

Well, got bored and decided to take this mini-project to the next level... Super Saiyan level 2 that is!
*Crickets*
Okay, enough with the bad jokes, time for some quick screenshots... It's not animated or even exported yet, but I just finished setting up the morph targets on it...(Again, it's heavily modified off of the stock ZEQ2 Lite Goku head, and while I'm not 100% happy with the UV mapping on the hair, it's passable for now...) As soon as I finish animating it, I'll export and release it.(Which should hopefully be soon...)

And done...(Ignore the gaping hole on the right side of his forehead in the video, I fixed it already, but was too lazy to upload a new video...)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QlHkTamxsBY
Put the image files into the Goku folder, the .shader into your scripts folder(Do NOT replace your Goku shader, just copy and past the new shader in), and the head.md3 and .skin files into your desired tier, and it should work.(if it doesn't, let me know...)

Good job on getting lines on all of those hair strands. That's not an easy task.
But I would go for a dark orange for those lines instead of black. Also shave off the tips of those lines so they end in really fine points.
The trick is, you get the eraser (or the base color if you worked on one layer), hold shift, click on the side of the middle of one line then go towards the tip while holding shift and go a little more towards the line and click again. So you create an erasing path crossing your line by just a little.

I wanted to say that you ripped it.
But I knew you didn't have that habbit and I took a closer look at your Model and I saw it's not from Budokai. Meaning it's very good and that I almost have mistaken it for a Budokai Model. Good job Shenku!
Anyway eeewww... The "Before" picture is better.

Shenku you forgot to use misfit model 3D to fix the shader issue that's also why he becomes invisible when jumping, open the head with Misfit Model 3D, just save it and voila !
