how can I scale a model?? I wanna scale Goku down to gohanteen size then put gohans head on it to make a gohant Bojack saga... and with Vegeta armour to make a Gohan-timechamber-suit?? so can someone help me?

Select the entire model, select the scale tool and use it as its designed in that program.
In MAX you can press F12 and enter the scaling factor, or simply click on the point and drag. Its pretty similar in MS3D.
But in all honesty. If you don't know how to scale a model, then how in Lloyds name do you expect to attach a head from a different model, rig it for correct movement and fix the vertices so that you don't have holes formed round your neck?
