This thread is part of a series of threads that will focus on giving very old (2003-2004) vintage ZEQ2 content to the public for editing, enhancement, animating, exporting to ZEQ2-lite, and any degree of use inbetween in their own creations (provided derivative works are accredited).
The character models provided will very likely not be rigged (some not textured) or animated so they are far from snappable into ZEQ2-lite but with some elbow grease can easily make a debut.

Select the head model, and both the tags associated with it(tag_head and tag_eyes) and go to export/export selected. A window will pop up asking what format you want to save it as, if you have the md3 plugin installed correctly, you should be able to find it in the file types, select it and click save.
The next window asks for a couple of things. First, you'll want to export the file with all the frames, so if you have the default Goku animations it will be frames 0-509, punch that in there. Leave the next two options blank, and go strait to the positional relation part, and for the head, click the check box next to tag_head, then click the check boxes to turn off the error messages,(you don't really need to read them unless there's something really wrong with the model) then click the continue/export button.
If you have everything else all set up already,(shaders, skin files, exc.) then just load up the game and pull up the character to see if it worked.
Edit: The above is based off of 3ds Max, I don't know how to do it in blender, but it should be similar, one would think...

the character is in .max and .obj so... you can open the .obj (with blender, Misfit Model 3D, etc.) and export in .md3 nothing more nothing less...
