Hi I'm new. Need help uploading my new map to the ZEQ2 game. if I can get it to work then I'll give it to you guys ^_^ just a simple volcano! everything on it is homemade so I don't get in trouble, textures and everything.

Hi rj3001,

what program are you using for the 3D work ?

you need Netradiant for compiling the map into Quake 3/ZEQ2 Lite engine..

also the exported file from your 3D program needs to be .ASE or .MD3

Cause this is just a test. I'm still scaling. thing is, I HAD TO RESTART AGAIN!!!!!!! slam net radiant stopped trying to load .md3 files all of a sudden.

Netradiant is a very big puppy.
First you have to install it in a directory with no spaces in the path
second you have to put the md3 or ase models in the zeq2contents folder
and the ase and md3 models you export must have a material applied to them or they won't get imported in netradiant.

and stop restarting the map, you won't get anywere.

did not want to restart it did it for me okay so I wanna try blender cause I was using misfit. can I get a tutorial for blender? the other one that mjuksel only works for 3ds max which refuses to install on my computer. darkstar, you use blender right?
