of course it does, you selected TournyNoRingOut, if you want the ring out function as I mentioned in the ReadMe file, select the original file.(Tournament)

I 2nd the idea of a no barrier ringout version. it makes it more like the Dragon Ball Z tournament in that you can go anywhere in the ring, and anywhere in the sky but loose if you put a foot out of the ring.
if its too much work, don't bother, but it would be nice
