my laptop configuration :-
processor - i5
graphic card - 1GB ATI Radeon
Ram - 4GB
OS - win 7 home basic 64-bit
I also installed microsoft redistributate c++ 2010 for 64-bit but still got slow game. help me to sort this problem.

go to you're game setting and just turn off bloom quality and effect thinngy,there are two options there,and if still you're game works slow then change my name!  just kidd'n,you can't change my name,its mine!

Try updating your drivers, your pc should be good enough to play ZEQ2 lite O.o

+ quieter
- marginally inferior performance in some tests /

+ a little more expensive (costs more then ATI HD6990card)
- quieter
- runs a little hotter
not the fully list but nvidia failed hardly on this card the older one from nvidia is way better

The 6990 is not quiet at all... It's a vacuum cleaner with 2 gpus...
And the older from nvida was the GTX 480 which failed against ATI's HD 5970...
Oh and just saying, the 6990 is 681,38€ here and the GTX 590 is about 630€ so, it's not more expensive...

Price: around 700 Dollars
ATI HD 6990
+ Fastest card tested
-Loud

Price: Around 630 dollars
They're pretty much the same.

still getting same thing.. and drivers are fine.. getting troubles in small games.. heavy games like fish are running fine.......

Dude the only problem is that your graphic card is just too strong for these games, play with an older PC till the makers create an update with better graphic card requirements.
well at least its my opinion

I don't know about pocket tanks, but I'm pretty sure that tekken 3 is a ps1 exclusive so you're using an emulator. Try looking for tutorials for the emu. You might have some ***ed up settings. About ZEQ2 lite, this is just me because my laptop is kind of bad, but try using medium settings for bloom, when I use high quality bloom the game runs slower than bad company 2.

NO!!!!! Even when I open game.. not on servers... I am not talking about server lags..

did you tried turning bloom quality and bloom darken to low, options>general>(then at the bottom) it I'll probably work better if you turn em off(low)
EDIT: I just read the you're comments,yes,I think it's the problem with the bloom quality and bloom darken,just try and turn them to low,you'll see better speed even in the main menu and all
