Please stop calling every fight you lose in as warmups. This isn't a real fight. You don't warmup, you don't use your real arms and legs. Your fingers aren't stiff because you were already using your computer.
Just accept that you lost the slam first fight. And the rest of the fights labeled as 'tests', cut that too. I fought a guy today and 2 times I killed him he said it was warmup then 4 other times he said he was testing me. So I ended with 0 wins by using his logic.
There's no shame in accepting your defeat. I've accepted mine so many times and I still do.

I agree and disagree.
Perhap's the term warmup isn't used well in here. But I for one notice difference when I just logged on and someone fights me, and while I'm fighting for some time already and then fight the guy.
But I only find this acceptable in the first fights:p Some guys are on it for hours and they are still "warming up" "using 10 percent of their real power" "Lagging" with a 20ping,... and so on:p

Actaully Domitjen,I have the same idea I lag a lot in the servers and say I just warming cause I really am in the first few fights I have with a new guy just to test how well he fights and how Well he is in Energy attacks
and see if they are skilled so I really do warm up.

and I just love it when people say "now I'll show you my true power" after they loose, then they loose again and say "that wasn't my real power" *intense laughter* hilarious ^^

Well not sure how it is with ZEQ2lite pros, but in Earth Special Forces people require about 5 to 10 minute warm up period. that's used to get the button timing down, get used to the ping and just warm up your fingers so they are ready for the double tapping barrage that will follow *intense laughter*
So yeah people in Earth Special Forces kind of have an excuse when they just join due to the amount of buttons and the speed they need to be pressed at.
As for ZEQ2lite as said, I have no idea how the pro side is like, but from the uninformed participator side, there are a lot less buttons to press, though some button combinations are weird (fly up and jump separate buttons O.o)
I guess the only thing that would count as a warmup would be getting used to the ping you get in the server so you can get your timing down.

That Saiyan lloyd guy is Aravind. So is that Goku you fought on the stealth annoxy. He acts like a uninformed participator sometimes.

Yep. But when you know Aravind you can easily recognise him. And when he loses he always says "faever" or "warmup". When he wins (sometimes out of the blue) he says "that's me real-1-0". Incidentally He comes from my state(TN). Trust me that gamepack he says will never comeout.

Me agree too. But I need warmups at starting because I play very rare(because of college).
And also agree with wolverine. Aravind says it was using 10 percent after loose. What the heck is 10%????!! Does it mean that he won't use kicks or knockbacks?! mêlée consist of different combos. So, what does this mean "Now, I will use 30% of my power"!!

This term was not used that much back when I was playing ( late 2010, early 2011) but they would join, get used to the ping and fight a quick battle, than a real battle. If they lose, they lost.

From my experience (I know about public beta 1, not revision 1536) you need a fight or 2 for a warmup match. I remember for example Buksna and me playing (Buksna, one of the best fighters EVER..), and when we played, we used to have 1 fight before the real one.
Just like Grega said, to get our fingers synced. *intense laughter*
But yes, that excuse is ALWAYS present. If you fight someone and win they will likely either say something like "warm up" or just deny the fight ever happened. It's because people are trying so hard to be "best players" in a game that's still not stable enough to even have some sort of "professionalism".
If you guys really want to duke it all out, and just see who is #1, just create a tournament with some strict rules, find people who will be judges and spectators, record EVERY fight, and just start killing.

You're a uninformed participator compared to me. I've been through all that warmup jazz and from my MORE extended knowledge than you, you don't need that.
Besides, it took you 2 warmups, 2 tests, and 2 non-serious battles to start fighting at full. 6 times I beat you you said you were using either 20%, 40% of your power or warming up. Seriously? then you won once and declared yourself the winner because you were using the so called "full power".
If someone wins 100 times and the other 1 time, I don't thin the guy who won 100 times is the loser. It's simple math... you even said you were an engineer, they shouldn't have such big logic problems like you.
For the record, boasting about being an engineer is one other thing I can't stand. I study Computer Engineering myself but I don't call myself an engineer, not until I finish. So no, you aren't an engineer, you're just a student.

I don't understand why there's always something to whine about. It's a game. Does it matter when someone says "I'M JUST USING 10% OF MAH POWAH HURR"? It's not like it will ruin your gameplay. If you don't like it just ignore what he says. It's not necessary to make a post about this. :/
