okay, try adding more color shading,Try to make better shape don't make it ellipse,And don't make them so blurry.Did you use any refs for this?Remember Refferences are VERY important when making textures by using them you can make more accurate textures.
You can see from this reff. what I meant about shading and shape(look at the clouds in background :p).Try asking mima for better refs,I am sure he has some.

sure dude.
My exams finish tomorrow morning. From then on I can put 10 to 12 hours a day on modelling and textures.
I am still kind of uninformed participator with textures. So don't expect Mcgrass and epic's quality.

Those rocks are nice wolverine. But the grass doesn't look like grass yet. And also you can't have rocks on a grass texture. It doesn't work like that. It needs to be able to tile. Unless you're going to make one grass texture for an entire map. Like for instance last stand map.

They are not meant for maps or anything. They are just for my practice . I'll add the details in the grass though. Looks too plain.

What he can do to achieve this is layer it -- a base texture for the grass tiled at some value and another layer for rocks tiled at a much different value. Multiple textures/layers with different tile values is a great way to create the impression of unique textures (since they will always overlap at different points).

So in order to make the texture tile, I have to make those rocks as a separate layer?
And what does tile value mean?

Look at the mapLanding.shader file. In particular look at the grass shader. You'll notice how it's comprised of multiple textures -- each tiled at a different value.
