Well, isn't that the goal of ZEQ2-Lite? To improve one's skills by making quality content for the game? I don't see how people are expected to create addons if they don't get anything out of it. Knowledge is the reward.
Zay, you do seem to be an egotist sometimes. Your Janemba project doesn't even give you a reason to claim glory for making it playable and in the SVN.

And you need to calme down and stop the swearing. Learning to control your anger issues should be priority nr 1 if you want to learn anything.
