Well it was Raven. The stream was intentional. As said we just had no idea someone was recording it ^^
And it was supposed to be an exclusive gift to the people who were round at the time *intense laughter*
Ah well ^^

What are you talking about realdeal? It was a live stream. And someone has broken their trust by recording that live stream.

Why. Raven was streaming it, and a forum user was recording the live stream.
There are no real issues with it.

Why is it labeled as a "custom" shader? It looks like a run-of-the-mill fresnel water shader with noise perturbation (and possibly cubemap lookups for ambient color). What's "custom" about it?
I've been trying to look past the fact that Earth Special Forces leeches on the notion and heavy exaggeration that they still use "GoldSrc" (which ANY engine developer or professional can tell you is not the case), but when you run around trying to pimp a half-decade old technique that's been standard for years as something 'new' or 'custom', the line has to be drawn.
I write custom GPU shaders weekly utilizing non-existing practices and techniques. I do so with a large degree of modesty and understanding that it's not "magic" nor anything special. It's a slap in the face to classify something that's so standard in shader programming as unique in any way. Why must you play off the masses' general lack of knowledge on these subjects just to earn a sliver of hype?
Don't claim magical feats of accomplishment. Explain the truth and technical details. If it's an older technique, explain that you ported/implemented it. Illustrate that you understand what you've done.
Show the effect, but have some class.
