rumors and sounds pretty darn true
check out what I found on IGN:
Today, Kotaku posted a story containing alleged details on Sony's next home console, the PlayStation 4. Kotaku claims that the details of the story "come from a reliable source who is not authorized to talk publically about next-gen hardware but has shared correct information with [the publication] before." According to this source, the next PlayStation is codenamed Orbis and will launch in the 2013 holiday season.
Kotaku notes that the predicted specifications of the Orbis currently include an AMD x64 CPU and AMD Southern Islands GPU. The source told Kotaku that "select developers" have already received dev kits at the beginning of the year and revised kits arrived around the time of the Game Developers Conference earlier this month.
Furthermore, according to Kotaku's source, Orbis will not feature backwards compatibility with PlayStation 3 games and will incorporate some sort of used-games restriction. Apparently, once a consumer inserts a Blu-ray disc into Orbis it must be tied to a PSN account and can no longer be shared. The data can be installed onto the system and flagged as "downloaded" from the PSN so it can be re-downloaded for future use. Sources are "unclear" as to how the disc functions following this, though one possibility is that the disc can allow consumers to access trial content before purchasing the full game on their console.

I like how they decided to change the release date, when microsoft stated they are focusing on just the Xbox 360 for 2012.

It will run games and that size?! PlayStation is screwing up real bad. This will force the consumers to buy a brand new television. I've noticed in some recent games a 32 inch tv cannot fit the entire game.
So unless the prices of bigger tv's drop in price, I will not buy the new PlayStation 4.

It's a rumor and I doubt it'll run 4k resolutions... I think you should be happy if next gen consoles run games at 1080p and 60 FPS...

How are Chinese ripper poor? How would they get the equipment to rip content if they have no money to do so?
Don't claim something that can't be true, especially when put in such a generalized way.

3.insert to Earth Special Forces/ZEQ2/Naruto: Naiteki Kensei etc..russian rippers do the same thing, remember Grand Theft Auto..

I know a lot of people aren't going to buy the PlayStation 4 because of one reason
when you sell a used game of the PlayStation 4, a person when to pick the game up, and the game would only be a trail version of the game he bought, meaning that you would need some type of code to play the full version of that game.So really there's no point in buying used games for the PlayStation 4, only new ones

Yes and the main reason is that it is going to be really expensive which would not be in reach of many people.
