True or not you would need a really good PC to run PlayStation 3 games because you need it same with PSCX2(PlayStation 2)

CPU - Intel Core 2 Quad 2.23 GHz
Video - ATI Radeon Sapphire 1GB GDDR5
RAM - 2 GB
Those specifications will barely let you run the PlayStation 2 emulator properly.
A dual core CPU can NOT emulate a 6 core and be expected to work properly.

It's fake.it is made just for the creator to make money.First you enter his youtube link and you see that he has over 170k views and more likes than dislikes.He got the amount of views with the help of Viewtornado or Ytnuke and he got the likes with the help of Vagex/U2bviews.He then redirects you to his blog which he made and he put there a download link , if you click on it you can see that if you want to download it you need to complete a survey.When you complete the survey , he gets money , he can get even $15 for a survey.As for the positive comments , you can comment only if the uploader approves your comment .He got all those positive comments using u2bviews or other website like this which can make custom comments , or he made it the hard way ,which means that he probably made more accounts and commented to his own video.You will see many things like this on youtube ,positive comments ,likes,many views,which wants you to download a file which is protected by a survey.There are some real things , but there won't evet be things like this : how to hack facebook accounts , how to get starcraft 2 keys , PlayStation 3 emulator and so , that is just for making money, and trust me you can make a lot of money from that.

haha not really that CPU can run the pcx2 eaisily , I used to run it with a 8800gts 640mb with 2gb ram and a dual core e5500 @ 3.0ghz
though a PlayStation 3 emu is far from real

How  ? If remember correctly, my old laptop had a similar CPU (a pretty worse gpu, though).
Maybe my settings were bad or PCSX2 is kind of gpu intensive too?

I never said it can't run it. I'm saying it won't run it properly. Frame drops in areas and so on.
