I know someone posted this already the newest mangas from akira from Dragon Ball Z about Bardock going Super Saiyan and stuff
but months ago they released colored episodes from the manga dragonball kai : episode from Bardock

hope the namco bandai and the other studio which name I forgot don't mess up with story now and going to love dbkai also <.<
since Dragon Ball Z got loved up with majin saga and otherworld saga.
one + point on this manga and episode Bardock didn't died by freeza he had a natural dead like all Dragon Ball Z characters for those who don't know this episode/manga also releaved that chilled was the one spreading out the Super Saiyan mith

The Bardock Story was not made by Toriyama, he did kind of accept it though.
As for DBKai. Is nothing more than Dragon Ball Z taken and gooey insides cut out. They are not changing anything. Though they are redoing the voice acting.

Jeebus, am I the only who is ACTUALLY tired of the same old Dragon Ball Z storyline? In all fairness, it could use some work... It seems like Dragon Ball Z has inconsistencies up the wazoo when compared to other animes nowadays...  I mean, it could still have Goku and stuff, but come on! A few more useful characters would be nice!
Especially if someone has the time to write a new manga...

Because not everyone wants that. Like me...I want a fighting game with a good fighting system that people can't spam in. With various game modes that either help us develop skills or take a break from fighting all together. A free roam would be a good story mode, like a better developed Budokai 3 story mode. Let me stop ranting while I'm ahead, not the thread for it.

Well I'm the uninformed participator who's never heard of any of this. But all I know is that. In the end, a Super Saiyan always wins. I wish we could turn back time and make Piccolo more than just the only intellectual with enough power to survive until the big boys arrive. He has always been my favorite (he and Bardock) because they were able to hold their own without exceeding reasonable powers. Instead of making Goku and Vegeta get stronger w/ every new foe, it should have been a foe that required an effort from the whole gang. Where are Yaumcha and Tenshinhan in GT?

There's a new Dragon Ball Z movie coming with actual involvement of akira toriyama much like the 2008 special with tarble. That definitely means new characters/villains. Pretty stoked for this.
