yes but don't add kami palace  the tournament map is on the island and there isn't kami map there.. there are the sea around but FAR..
and the city is really big ...duplicate the city many many times around the tournament stadium if you can
and with 3dsky box you make the sea
don't forget that the tournament area is very big..
with many buildings inside ..for rooms, locker rooms ..
preliminaries zone don't forget

Actually, I think qwerty should keep kami palace, this doesn't need to be just like the anime, at least it doesn't seems like he is aiming for that anyway.

To me, this looks more like a sort of legoland. It kind of looks like the things it's supposed to be, but you still have to use your imagination to have fun in it.
