Whoever wants to add a character can PM me a download link of the character.
Simply click on the desired character to download.
Someone has been spamming ModDB with Character Addons, most of them are bad, here are the good ones.

Yes, yes I know, I will try to extract characters from F2 and Revo5 because finding character addons on the forums is hard, I added TRL Raditz Alternative Costume.
And if first post gets full and I can't add pictures or download links I will always have second and third posts to edit.

Stickied. Been TRYING to get someone to do something like this for a while. Keep it up. Do previews/download links for all the addons if you can! Also, I'd recommend you make sure ALL of the links go to a moddb equivalent rather than random file sharing sites. Get them uploaded there if they are not already.

You could actually list all addons in this thread. Different hud types. Different effect replacements. Menu replacements. Maps. And so forth.
Nothing wrong with having one giant categorized post.

Speak with Mima (or Zielan). They had already collected a large amount of information on addons over the years if I remember correctly. Also, just take your time with it. Even if you just add a few addons a day, it'll get done eventually. Much better than not doing any at all.

well not my fault I only uploaded it but in order to get it to work properly you neerto download the Vegeta to his left Saiyan saga Vegeta brcause it also contains cell saga Vegeta and afterwards you neer to add ultimate Saiyan Vegeta hope that helped

Try to make sure any/all addons listed actually WORK together, are cleanly organized in terms of file layout, and don't cause any complications. Edit the pk3s/archives if you must.

Also, in the event that you include add-ons that use custom particle effects to this list, try to add a version with and without those particles(it's easy enough to delete the .psys files and remove those entries calling them in the .grfx files, anyway, so just a version with and without).
We never really addressed it(well, someone might have by now, but I don't know about it if so), but when too many unique particle effects are loaded, and I forget what the limit is, ZEQ2-Lite will crash.
This is actually more of a responsibility on the author's part, I suppose, but anyone could do it 
Put this would probably help with that issue, since more and more people are (finally!!! YAY!!!!!!) using particle effects
