Okay it's working now both ZEQ2 and Bid For Power
Here are 2 screenshots from my phone a main menu picture and character menu picture
I successfully changed the resolution but now I have to do something twith the camera because I can't turn around and the second problem or bug is that the charaters have no heads

Quake 3 is open source and thus portable to other platforms. Half Life (goldsrc) is not. Unless there are Half Life emulation frameworks running around, this might prove tricky.

Does half life has it's own engine or it's running on Quake engine I download that Half Life and I can play it I see it's the game I wanted the the application name is Quake4ndroid so I need to ask you that to know did I found it or it's not Half life
EDIT: I was right it's running on Quake engine and here is a screenshot and now to run Earth Special Forces I need a .PAK file from it now the questions are:
1.What file is it?
2.Where to get it?
There is another way to run Half life and here is the tutorial http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1ie5s34eVmA

That link you provided is not native Android. It's essentially an emulated x86 environment off of ARM. I cannot imagine that being fast enough to really handle it on the current level of mobile hardware (as the framerates indicate).
As for your other question, Half Life was originally based on Quake; however, it was modified VERY HEAVILY. Just finding an Android vanilla Quake won't get you far enough to properly play the game.
Your best bet it looking for a project that's tried to simulate Half Life's native calls and asset handling on an open platform.
