I've put several servers online on a high speed dedi for you all to enjoy. If there are any mods of interest that you would like to see online,please let me know.

All character multipliers server side have been more equally balanced to promote the use of all characters.

Gogeta, Goku Super Saiyan 4, and Hero have been deleted server-side. Every character has been placed into one of those categories, depending on how they rate in the manga and movies.
Stat changes are now finalized. If you would like to update your client to match the server (not required), download and overwrite your tier files with these:

At the least, it will provide more accurate powerlevels on your HUD.

You will see the server in the list, but you will not be able to click and join it. Select your character than drop down the console and type:
/connect 209.144.228.254
This is the only way you will be able to connect to this server.
And of course, don't expect it to be stable.

I'm completely redoing all the multipliers on all the characters in the F3 mod. Cost multipliers will be used for many categories to give pro/con benefits for transforming up.
Currently, multipliers range from 1.0 to 9.1, I'm condensing to 2.0 to 4.5 and normalizing all values and adding pro's/con's to transforming up, pro's being better multipliers, con's being less fatigue recovery, etc. I'm also going to keep the powers inline with the actual manga/movies, I.E. Final Freeza a hair under Super Saiyan, Full Power Freeza a hair over, etc.
I'm almost done and antsy to get it online.......

If you really making stabile, I am sure most of us would use it. Try using stabile revision and adding characters from game pack in revision. No need to add all of them, and make it stabile. Good luck mate.

Your balance list confuses me. I did EXTENSIVE research on stats for Revolution, and your stats in Revolution simply would not be playable at all. Do F3 stats apply differently ?
For instance, you have attack/defense at not whole integers. 2.8 , 3.5 , 2.3 . In Revolution5 -- these decimals places do NOT effect the actual stat.
-2.8 is simply rounded to 2.
-3.5 is simply rounded to 3.
-2.3 is simply rounded to 2.
Same applies for EnergyAttack and EnergyDefense. For your sake, I hope Revolution and F3 numbers do not apply the same. Otherwise, your entire F3 balance is bogus. Good luck!

If what you say is true, than it would be bogus and I'd have to start from scratch. I assumed decimals were valid since decimals were already being used in the Tier files. Hopefully someone can confirm.

Yes they are usable and they are being used in stable revision 1536 too so you don't have to worry about that but make F3 balanced because right now F3 tiers are not close to balance while melee you can die by being punched few time and not while using a kick with right mouse click you die with W the basic melee attack so have this in mind for balance take a look on stable revision.

Well of all packs, SPARKING FINAL is almost close to stabile revision in balance and it less crash.
Problem in SPARKING is that only Super Saiyan 4 form is bloppity blip bloop, it need to be little balance there, but all others characters are fine.

well I think that every gamepack should be balanced like stable revision and yes sparking is really close to it the closest one but the quality of maps and characters isn't same as the newer gamepacks but then again newer gamepacks are full of bugs and the worst thing CRASH

Thank you for confirmation! My work was not in vain. The server is nearly 100% balanced and it should be complete by mid-week.

Thanks for the tip! I'm almost finished balancing F3 so I'm not going to stop now, but I will put a Sparking Final server online this week and see if it get's used.

that's cool that integers can be used in F3. I'm trying to balance REVO right now, and its very hard because I have to use whole number integers for attack /defense. UGH

Yes. I tested it myself. In ZEQ 1536 Integers do work. However, unfortunately, it is not the case for REVO. REVO only works at whole numbers. Because of this, I will be making my server ZEQ2 Lite -- But with Revo Character Addons / Maps. It will take some time. Also, I fixed my problem. I got a new router, and it works fine -- that is I can connect and host now.
