I need new shaders to make light effects like in the anime (episode 163 when krillin is reviewing the Saiyan history Vegeta show up with a smile)
I'm also improving Vegeta then I'll release fourth and last version of my edit

Thank you I took this picture as example and looked for most details Lightning don't appear on the screenshot but I hope in future beta there will be more lighting surrounding also legs and hands
I'm thinking also of making a new model for head to make it look like the picture
Even if Vegeta never turned Super Saiyan in this suit , its funny to create 
And no I haven't made the hud I think its divine maniac

Nothing to really say, it's just a head merged with someone else's Saiyan armor. It could use work, I guess. I'm also not understanding why you randomly put yellow marks on his face.

You know , to tell you the truth , Vegeta already have final flash in previous version but I think I'll make increase charge time and add earthquakes if the game have it

You should definitely start using Photoshop. Paint just ruins it.
-The nose is gone for some reason.
-You added shading, which the game already does
-All your lines are the same thickness, which makes it look like crayons.
