I don't like how in game no matter what your powerlevel is you can't get any more power, like you can't charge 2 kamehamahas without loosing all of your powerlevel, they should allow you to do this, more p level you have the more times you can use your kamehamaha/attacks.

Actually, he wasn't crying most of the time in garlic jr.
He actually was able to focus his anger and keep it to as an example when Raditz got him he used all of his energy is a powerful hit. There's a difference, the one in garlic jr. kept onto his anger for quite a while and was able to channel it through blasts and attacks.
