I understand that they don't support modding (funny because they owe modders a lot, but that means less money, right?). But now that people have figured out how to mod servers they'll get released? Why? Because they try to improve the game? And if you join you'll get released too? For no reason?

Yep, banning people because they joined a hacked server, so do not click the "Quick Join" for your own safety, plus it's in the EULA and you signed it.
Plus the Mod-tools is what made previous Battlefield games great like BF2 mods- Project Reality and Forgotten hope 2, would have been great but they might release Mod-tools a year after like BF2 did, but then again they did say it was "Hard to mod" because of the engine and they might not want people hacking their Frostbite 2 engine .

I got the beta, uninstalled it the same day.

Honestly having the server browser on a frigging website is lacking.

If that doesn't change for the actual release, then Battlefield 3 is not something I will be getting.

Just bought it yesterday. It's pretty awesome but I don't feel like I'm going to stop playing BC2 anyway
