Linkxp500 wrote : No offense, but if this is truth, then you must not be completely human. I don't mean that you aren't flesh and blood, or that you are an animal, but violence and aggression are what makes humans human, as we are animals in a sense, yet more "intelligent, yet misguided."

To have no feelings of anger or contempt in even the slightest measure would indicate that you aren't human. Hmmm... Reading this quote again, you DO state the possibility that you can be frustrated. So that may make my argument almost completely void.

Agression yes, violence no. We weren't put on this planet to kill each other. We were not given sharp teeth and claws...

Please link, don't claim Zeth is a gummy bear, now that WILL make him mad. He wasn't angry, that is all... He has said that a lot, so he may not like when we keep asking. :*laughing out loud*: I still secretly think he was mad, and IS a human.

I don't speak for Zeth, but if he is in a bad mood like you are implying, then I wouldn't try to refute HIS emotions :*laughing out loud*:

This is the last time you and everyone else will be reminded I'm sure...

I still think you are a human Zeth, I think.. :*laughing out loud*:

We are omnivorous, meaning we eat meat, plants, and insects to survive. How do we claim that for ourselves and our loved ones? We used to fight for it, before civilization existed.

I am not saying he is lying, since he has provided evidence that he can become frustrated. However, I feel he is trying to remain in lloyd's position, in which we are the children of Israel, and that he is shaping us in a way he sees fit. He'd made that painstakingly obvious in a few of his posts already, yet he claims to feel no anger or frustration with much of the community he calls ill-advised children. Even lloyd had limits to the suffering he had endured due to his children's faltering faith in him, and has issued punishments accordingly.

Brad does the same, but the matter of the fact is he is purposely trying to raise himself into the throne of lloyd. He may be experienced, knowledgeable, empathetic, and logical, but if he truly felt no anger in the slightest, it seems illogical to categorize him as human. I for one do not like the idea of being influenced by someone who has not endured the same feelings of any sort of aggressive acts. I merely respect him for his knowledge and advice on technical issues and such.

People should be able to relate to one another through emotion and relay of emotion. If I can't get him to respond to a story that likely infuriates most if not all of the United States, how else will he feel the need to react to it publicly. Many journalists rely on pathos, or emotional impact, to stir up as many readers as possible to make a change in the region. If Brad was the only person left to make a choice for or against (both sides have an equal number of advocates) such an opinionated situation, how would He is able to pick a side through logic alone? He can't.

Now, I know there are so many choices one can make in the world, and there are plenty of choices based solely on opinion. Brad would walk up to the fork in the road and try to make a path between the two, which he will regret when he realizes that the fork consisted of two bridges spanning over a canyon full of pointy rocks and no friends around to help, no phones, no signal, no gas station. Now, I don't know when this will happen, but I do know that mediation is not always an option, and I do hope that he will recognize that fork when he sees it.

I do believe he felt anger, and I know you do too, but as long as he claims to never have been involved in aggressive or violent actions, I have no reason to believe that.

Hmm... I think I may be going off the wall. But to sum it up, Brad, if you refuse to have felt anger with TRL for his rude mannerisms, when have you ever felt some sort of aggression. You cannot always play the role of lloyd, and we are not your children to bend to your will in fear. We may be seeds, but you have some new branches to grow yourself. You cannot be right about everything. You may know more than us, and I suspect you do, but you don't seem to present yourself in a manner that would give us an equal say in any matter, though you say you are open to suggestions for better methods. More than likely such methods are better for some individuals more than others.

Ah, here is what I've been referring to. If this isn't warning others of your anger, what is it?

But I... I am not discussing about TRL any more. It is about whether or not Brad had some pent-up aggression at the start of the debate.

It is menial, I know.

Brad, just know that I do not intend to insult you, but if you think otherwise, correct me on my analysis of the situation.
