So are remixed musics. But you don't see a music artist taking the former music's total credit when doing a remix. The original artist will always have full credentials over his/her music. As long as you open up his file and do whatever you want, it's still pretty much using TRL's texture files. TRL, I think you have to encrypt a copyright text into the texture files' EXIF info and other in-file info.
