and he was around problem 16,000,000 because Super Saiyan Vegeta was stronger in android saga because he transformed at a very high level and he was 20,000,000 so Goku was not 20,000,000 at that time in Super Saiyan form

Yeah like in the 3rd movie. But that movie was so bad & also Brolly was slow when he became that monster. I rather watch GT then watch that movie again. But I'm talking about Brolly in the 1st movie. That was the only good one. The 2nd one was okay. Nothing special. Super Perfect Cell would win though. >.>. At that point Cell was almost as strong as Super Saiyan 2 Gohan. Like 300,000 less then Gohan. & Gohan was at 300,300,000. Brolly was in the 200,000,000 area. I'm not sure where. I think he was around like 260,000,000.

hey listen you're justa little fan boy. I have the original mana power levels.and Super Saiyan 2 was almost twice the time powerful than super perfect cell. and Super Saiyan 2 power was cut in half when super perfect cell came.Brolly was a little weaker than Super Saiyan 2. cell had no chance against him.so suhhh.and my gramer is not so good I know because I'm no English man.

Brolly is stronger than special Cell, b/c Cell's transformation resembles a Super Saiyan 2 (b/c of his Saiyan cells he came back from the brink of death, and from his lightning like aura, his saiayns cells gave Super Saiyan 2 like powers.) Brolly going Legendary Super Saiyan is stronger than a regular Super Saiyan 2, plus as he fights his power increases, and his size difference between Super Saiyan and Legendary Super Saiyan, is so that he can maintain his speed while he's that big in Legendary Super Saiyan form. Brolly will kill Cell.

Excuse me mofo but Brolly isn't even close to a Super Saiyan 2. What kind of crack are you smoking? Gohan was weakened when Cell shot him with a powerful energy ball that was heading for Vegeta & Gohan got in the way. Gohan went down to 200,000,000. So was almost = to Gohan soon as Cell came back. You have no idea what your talking about son.
