Never was there a combination of raw power/intelligence like them 
If only Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta could exist for more than two minutes at any given time..Wish they had the Portara Earings during the end of GT! Would have made an equally good ending that the two rivals fuse for good.

Tenshinhan was the representation of human potential at the extreme that always seemed to surpass any level or limit.

Though I DO like Tenshinhan, especially when he suddenly appeared on Cell with some major tri-beaming :O

Not only did he hold off Cell for a large amount of time, Tenshinhan managed to deflect one of Buu's attacks even, so yes, I'd say he's quite a bit stronger than Krillin.

While I didn't care for any particular character after the events leading up to Goku's Super Saiyan transformation, I have to say I liked the early representations of Goku and Vegeta in Z, and though he did not get enough screen time, Nappa.
Goku had the Kaioken, 'enough said.
And in the Ocean dub, Brian Drummond gave Vegeta that maniacal voice that suited him so well... it was almost a shame to see him grow away from that to the extent he did. No comment on Chris Sabat.
As for Nappa, "There'll always be a soft spot in the bottom o' my boot for you."

I would agree for the most part, but not about Vegeta, Piccolo, or Krillin. To me, they sound much better in the Ocean dub.
But to each his or her own, right?
