a cheat is a hack or any code , this is in the game so it isn't a cheat , a cheat is a thing which you can't use and others can , but you guys can also do it , so it's not cheating

No, seriously, those cheats were removed LONG ago, before Public Beta 1 was released (or even before). It's either bug exploitation, or external script file modification. In rare, very rare case, memory allocation modification using external memory hex editor softwares.
Shane, don't cheat or I'm going to break those cuffs of mine and it won't be pretty.
Ah, just toying with you Shane... You can ignore people, right?

well ... I put that "guide" just so they could see what you can get to make the character, if you want to do well, if you do not want to do anyway ...
not so here are telling if it is correct or not, and "Shane", not everything is about you then what you want ?..... and "jason" the game will never be fair so do not care what you think, never will make the difference ....
oh and "Shane" this is only a comment, and not to say that I'm attacking or anything, put aside your ego and stop thinking you're the best and whoever makes the rules in the game that you're not ....

what do you guys mean the game will never be fair
in Public Beta 2 many bugs will be fixed and over there I think pure server will come into use
I think da only way to stop file affairs is the pure server

It's been explained several times that there won't be bots for at least a long time or possibly never.

Yeah I don't want to get people's hopes up about bots.
Once we get server browsing working, and we have lots of players on lots of servers, we won't need bots
But ... I have something in mind for simple bots (they don't use aas or anything from the standard quake 3 botlib) if you want something to test out your mêlée and attacks on

Dave, what exactly do you have in mind? If it's just about testing attacks people could just start two instances of ZEQ2.exe, create a server in the first one and connect to 127.0.0.1 from the second, so unless your idea is more complex that might save some time.
