In the second movie it's yellow, in some scenes of the first movie, it's yellow, and in others it's green.

edit1#: I used two most hair color from Brolly's avatar(from the non-transparent), and with those 2 color I made a new hair, and that hair contain 2 color!
Thanks to a Photoshop option.. 
So its more like budokai cell shaded Brolly, and more like Brolly's real hair!
edit2#: I started recoloring the boots wrists and necklace(contained 2 color!), nice golden color, original budokai 3 colors..
edit3#: Really lot of recolor fixes, shadow and 3D looks like to self made blue circles, boots fixed

VERY GOOD now just fix his gauntlets and Lower body.

again brooly is not the true Legendary Super Saiyan otehr wise he would get unlimited ki in the anime , tey just overate brooly in dbm , his power a Super Saiyan power is 50 times the normal and the Super Saiyan 2"s power is 100 times the normal brooly is some where 85 times the normal , according to the anime as his base pwoer was very high he got high power levels

Why would him get unlimited ki? Is it mentioned in the anime/manga? I only heard he's so powerful, but no one said nothing about unlimited ki.
Also, it's TOEI trash, there's no Legendary Super Saiyan, only saians thought it was legendary because there's one every 1000 or so because the chances to get this level are so low. Goku and company are special so they got all that level. However, Toriyama was going to end Dragon Ball when Goku diesn in Namek, but as he continued it, he made a lot of legends.
