taking model from Earth Special Forces is not big of a issue , he compleately changes the model and remodels a lot of stuff like hands and other things

Indeed, that was quite arrogant. But edit many animations is harder than take a head and change 2 textures, so those "model edits" aren't as great as you say.

what's the point in having a Vegetto having same attacks as that of Goku, both animation and effect wise?
Its variety in all aspects what people want, not multiple instances of the same model with different names and textures.
