Vegeta WAS A MIDGET in the starting of the anime , how ever thrugh sagas his height increased , in Namek saga the art changed , and his height was increased , and in cell saga he was with a normal height , and in Buu saga he was almost up to Goku

Strange. Your model looks like it's missing silhouette outlines. Did you forget to add the "outlines" keyword to your shader[s] or do you have it turned off via the console?
Also, it'd be great if you could post your final product (with previews) in the Nappa thread since the head is used. This way both yours and our hard work will be associated with one another.

Zeth. I can say his head is not big, his body is stronger then Piccolo or Brolly perhaps, and it includes more attacks then the other character name Vegeta.

You don't have to, but it would just be neat if you did to show how the model (or it's parts) are getting used. One simple post with some screenshots and maybe a download link would be cool enough.
Zielan, well... that way open more fast so... I don't really care the outlines and all that stuff...
The outlines shouldn't slow down your load performance as much as your render performance, but unless there are some smoothing group or other issues, it should make the model look CONSIDERABLY better.
Can you post a few screenshots with outlines on for comparison sake?

and the other is from konan's pack, in konan's pack open more fast so... anyway I put again the outlines...
