Sounds like you should contact STEAM support.
Or try a reinstall of STEAM itself.

this was the first what I did
they said something about ports I opened it still don't work I reinstalled it everything my friend can log into my account in his computer

STEAM is what causes you to see online servers. So no STEAM means no servers.

LIKE when I press the icon for it to start it doesn't start , always an error , maybe its a random virus NOT FROM ESForces from something else my norton ran out like 3 days ago , anyone have an antivirus program that's free? free like a 30 day trial or something
