Having a variety of attacks for multiple characters can definetely add to the experience, but that alone won't make the game "better". What would make it better, is updating the quality of the game, not quantaty: better animations, more fluid and expanded mêlée system and improved flying motors & menouvers. After establishing a good gameplay should quantaty be added, for if you add quantaty eariler on, you will just have a bunch of things to reconfigure everytime you add a new gameplay future.

You just want to transfor ZEQ2 Lite to Earth Special Forces with all those changes, so even if we can add MORE extra functions to this engine, this game become an Earth Special Forces clone..
don't think I don't like Earth Special Forces, but ZEQ2 Lite is ZEQ2 Lite and not Earth Special Forces. simple

If Zeth says yes, than okay.
If not, use the Source folder and do it by yourself.

hey I'm just saying I don't have a problem with that not that I could help with that right now...I still need like 20 years of training at this rate... I JUST STINK AT EVERYTHING THAT HAS TO DO WITH THE PROCCESS OF MAKING SOMETHING...........virtually

First, all I said was what I think bring up a good game and believe me when I say, I do NOT want to transform ZEQ2 Lite into Earth Special Forces. I like ZEQ2 for it's dedication to follow the anime and even though a lot of features are unfinished it's already a really fun game. When and if Brad takes it further I'm sure it will still follow the anime and become a really good game.

And second, don't go putting words in my mouth and making baseless assumptions about my line of thought; where the heck'd you get I want ZEQ2=Earth Special Forces???

If you're talking about the mêlée system, the animations look accurate but there is a lot to improve on. Having fast mêlée + dodge for it & hard hits (that make you go flying) + dodge for it (simple move away) and block doesn't quite cut it just yet.

We'll just have to see what they come up with.
