now if you really want to improve , first study the topology of the human body ,

try to get those formations on your models , finalize your model , THEN texture it , I mean why are you texturing in complete models , work on your model , study its topology , search , then get it textured or in game :S don't divide you're attention , first get one thing done , then the other
in your models , try to keep the poly flow clean ,
refer to gonomons toturials and digital tutorials
