Posting pictures like these aren't very helpful, mainly because they aren't accurate to the proportions that the Raging Blast developers made for Vegeta.
They weren't meant as references. They were just to give him ideas. He doesn't need references for a jumpsuit. And the battle damaged picture was just to give a general idea for what would look cool for a battle damaged state.
They were just for ideas, nothing else.

And there lies the problem. Every Super Saiyan 3 Vegeta has the EXACT lenght!
Vegeta has longer hair than Goku, I know Rogan's picture isin't accurate, but it shows that the hair is better.
