SVN Saiyan saga Vegeta could go Super Saiyan which never happened in the anime as well (at least he could when I used to play..).
That must have been before I joined the project, because to my knowledge he was never able to transform unless you were playing the Cell Saga variant. I know that there were a few unofficial addons that allowed for him to reach a Super Saiyan transformation(or some other higher tier, depending on the addon), but again, those were unofficial and do not reflect SVN standards.
Regardless of such an instance, whether it occurred or not, Brad would never allow it to remain on the SVN if it conflicts with accurately representing the series.
