Oh, sorry...  My resolution is to make some .max and .bip files with anime-accurate animations and sequence mêlée combos. I already have references for Goku's Super Saiyan 3 combos.  I plan to get as many combos and signatures done as I possibly can.
Here's a new Ki-Charge animation for Gogeta. He has more animations changed than that, but I don't have those screenshots yet.
