If there is a new series, I hope it follows a story of an important character who has yet to reveal certain things about their past, like "What the 4uck did Vegeta do before he found out about Earth?" Vegeta, Nappa and Raditz, what battles they had before they discover that Goku/Kakarot was still out there.
No new series about Super Saiyan Elleventy Twelve, because after Super Saiyan 3, it's all just hype.

for me one piece is the best anime/manga out but nothing tops Dragon Ball Z as my favorite I just can't do it

They are both okay, but neither of them is really the best.
I enjoy the likes of Full Metal Panic a lot more than I ever did with Dragonball or One Piece. I just wish they made another season of FMP to continue the story.
