9,000 MB is 9 GB...
Anyway, size isn't a problem for my desktop. I've got so much junk on my hard drive and I only take up half my hard disk capacity.

Because PC technology evolves faster than console technology. Besides, it would also be free, depending on if the game would be available from the licensed disc or if it can be a virtual image.
