cyberthechaos, may I suggest that you try to make some addons for others to enjoy, even within your own clan? I don't want you to think that we are forcing anyone to start creating something for the game.
It's something that's meant to better yourself, to make something you'll be proud of. It's to enhance the creativity of imagination, and be able to form something straight from your head.
Whether you release them or not, we need people like you to realize that this game could be so much more with just a bit of work from every member of the forum.
More than anything, we need animators. Plenty of modellers, texturers, programmers, and even jacks of all trades are around, but few animators, and fewer that animate using the same process.
That doesn't mean you can't be one of the other kinds of creators. Do what you want to do. We need people to realize it isn't hard to add your own work to the game, but it does take practice to make it quality.
This goes for everyone (yes, including myself, as I haven't even started my own project) who thinks the current game is good enough. It may be good for about 15 minutes, but it gets too repetitive; no variety whatsoever.

Yeah But I need an addon maker software. I even thought of making characters there. But I don't know the softwares to make those other than that I love to make addons and characters for the community. I would be thankful if you suggest the names of the softwares

use 3ds max for modeling  you can get it in their official site but if you want to use it free and permanent register as student then download 3ds max 2012 the file size is big  but it's the best software  and if you want a smaller file size modeling software I suggest you download blender and for texturing use Photoshop

Don't forget GIMP is a free alternative to Photoshop. You'd also need some plugins to be able to export 3DS Max models into MD3 models to be able to make the character playable.
Text Editors like Notepad or Wordpad are already provided with the PC, so you don't need to download anything to change script-type files.
If you want to make maps, you will need a program like NetRadiant to create the finished product. I don't know the exact process for map-making, however, but it's much like modelling and texturing a landscape.
