Glad everyone ignored me. Why do we like the Sparking Game art with their overly thick lines? Why can't you find a good picture of Brolly from somewhere else.?

my not reply darkprince is I agree with you.. how don't agree?!  ..
if you want one icon of Brolly take the pictures from TEKILAZO devianART know now as DBC project is the best there with the pictures in super resolution and nice quality( I like also the colors).. after that there is NOSTAL (which you can get great screensavers)..

I wanted to make icons for ZEQ2 from budokai tenkaichi 3 I did some before my Photoshop crashed.so just have mercy on a lacking kid (who is me) lord

If Photoshop doesn't work, get GIMP.
Also, it isn't hard to create icons. You just insert an image of a Dragon Ball Z character, position it how you like, put the default icon layer over it, and reduce the dimensions. And Wha-lah! You have yourself an icon.

They are both able to accomplish your task just the same. Different interface, but same basic functionality.
