We Barça and Real Madrid fans dislike each other (well not really, it's not real dislike of course Razz), and that's pretty intense in Spain.

This says that the derby in my country is one of the biggest in the world (Red Star vs Partizan).. And rivalry here is pretty fierce.. Smile

in my opinion, Manchester Un. - Liverpool and Real Madrid - Barcelona should be leading the list.

I mean, Boca Juniors? what the heck is that?

Haha actually Boca Juniors vs Riverplate really IS the biggest derby there is. The rivalry there is just out of this world.. Many people died because of it. Confused Try to find the documentary (not the real movie, but documentary) called Football Factory. There are like several episodes of it, and each episode is about a different fanclub.

Oh, I thought it was about the fame of the derby and not about how big the rivalry is.

Yeah, I heard about all that stuff going on over there in Argentina. It was the same some years ago in Spain because of the "Ultra Sur" group, they were a bunch of extremists with neonazi ideology.

*laughing out loud* I know this is off topic but

I remember in 2007 when India was out of the cricket world cup in the start only
the fans were so sad they made fake bodies of the
indian cricketers and buried them in graves Laughing Laughing

I guess you guys are that passionate about football as we are to cricket

I don't think they did it because they were sad.. I think it was more of a discontent with the players/management/both. Razz

And about Argentina, yes Esfer, the rivalry there is really off the hook. Confused I watched some shows about it (they might not be true, but still) and I saw some really extreme things.

South America football can be dangerous, but Liverpool, Man Utd, Arsenal derby are the best in England while Rangers vs Celtics in Scotland are.
