ZEQ2 original was supposed to be a Dragon Ball Z experience at unheard level and unseen quality and was supposed to use Zios engine, which sadly has stopped its development due to staff lackness or inactivity.
Well, at least Unity version is being worked. Yet I still can't believe that someone has actually found strength to make this over bored Dragon Ball concept to life.

It's only recent, so that's natural. I'm not actively involved so I can't tell you much more either though. It's one of the reasons that new subforum was created.
