I don't believe it I tried to install 3ds max 2009 and 2010 and none of them wants to install and I got an error 1935 when I want to install 09 so does anyone now what should I do?

I couldn't fix my problem I googled my error and did all the tricks how to fix it but it didn't help me so I guess the only way is to install 3ds max on another PC or laptop and see is it working on them if yes then I need to install a new windows on my PC and then try it and if that doesn't help and if it's working on my laptop then I'll work on it but here is the question for you. Will 3ds max work on these system req:
RAM: 2GB
GPU: Mobile Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator X3100 (integrated)
CPU: Intel Celeron Dual-Core Processor T1500 1.86 GHz

Yeah that's what I thought you would say, slam it now I need to install a new windows but I'm so lazy and then I would need to download drivers or some of them
