All you have to show is pšictures that you googled. If you want a team, then you have to present some actual work. Something that will make others say "I want to help this along" something that will show you are not just talk.
Meaning YOU need to get the ball rolling so that when other see it, they will join themselves.

Dida brother I know that you have the will for development but before you start development you need to learn little stuffs friend one by one and after that if you progressed big post you're results so everyone knows what you been doing !
