Tom was another programmer who join in the early Zios days (after the Quake 3 iteration). He focused primarily on rendering techniques and GPU shaders.

So he's not there in the forums?
No. He worked with Naruto: Naiteki Kensei for a bit after ZEQ2 and ran his own game studio for a while after that. More recently he moved on to work at an existing local studio. He doesn't really have time for side projects these days.
