haha I tried to work with these in 3ds max and I don't have the 1st clue. Help maybe? also whe I open any of the 3ds files Gohan,Goku,Vegeta etc... it says missing dlls or missing other file types then it lists what I'm missing. how to I retrive those?

If you're refering to the one I was working with, then no, it's not dead, just sleeping for the moment.
Seriously though, since I have a bit of a vacation for the next few days(No work or school until Sunday), I'll try and finish it and upload it in the next few days, if I can.

Well, these models aren't animated or rigged yet, and some(Freeza at least) are all one solid model, as opposed to 3 separate ones.(Head, Upper, Lower)
So in order to get any of them in game, you would need to rig, animate, tag, and export them, then create skin, shader, animation, and attack files(both a default.grfx and default.phys), pull together some sound files of the characters speaking, and create icons to represent them in-game...
In short, it's a big process to get any of these in-game.

I like idle locked. but now for his idle default( idle standing non locked) please use the picture I gave you with his arms crossed. I WOULD REALLY LOVE THAT!

I haven't changed the default idle yet, but I will tomorrow.
For now, here's a quick video of some of the attack animations.(Note: The .phys and .grfx, and associated attack files for his attack set are still incomplete)

I know it's not accurate yet, it's not finished...(Thought I said that in my post...)
All the graphics for the attacks themselves aren't finished yet. The ones I have currently are horribly butchered reworkings of Goku's attacks because I haven't made the sprites and what not yet to replace them...

Adjusted the size of the head slightly(just scaled the biped's head down a little, might rework the model itself later...), and figured I'd repost the idle lock on pose, since I fixed it after re-rigging it.

good but you should try to make the knees bend and not curve. I know it's not easy because I rigged the same frieza and had the same movements but I'm sure a pro like you can find a way
