I think the animation still needs a lot more movement. I think it's best to look at it frame by frame. You can do this by rapidly taking screenshots from an episode or just pausing a lot. You could try youtube.

Now you should be able to make it perfect for about every move. That is if you take the right ref based approach though.

Mostly when a character in the show powers up it looks like wind is coming from below, so the cape should go up. Meaning it's good like it is.

Interesting but if you noticed the ref that TRL posted [2nd one] Piccolo is firing a blast and his cape is blowing backwards. so maybe not the charging but probably an attack animation I don't know.
Postscript still not 100% on the cape flying upward but heck
it's not my project
[EDIT]: ][_ ({}) ][_ I was wrong. I took a look at good 'ol tenkaitchi tag team and his cape actually does fly upward. The reason it looked weird is because in Anty's version the cape had no ripple effect but instead just stood stiff and upward.

thanks, and about the transformation... will be great, don't worry about that...
EqR, thanks and about the skills... well... for now I'm still using the basic so... I can do better stuff but not for now... anyway you can learn, is very easy, you just need try...

Cool, I think Majin Vegeta should have some new attacks. Like final explosion , and final impact since he doesn't do final flash as a Majin. He should keep big bang though.
