Not moded at all. I remember that cell had a green Spirit Bomb in budokai 2 (same with budokai 3, I think, I can't really remember *intense laughter*)

Not moded at all. I remember that cell had a green Spirit Bomb in budokai 2 (same with budokai 3, I think, I can't really remember *intense laughter*)

oh lloyd..but for Spirit Bomb need pure heart :O

I can't imagine Perfect Cell as a pure heart fighter.

He definitely did state he does know the Spirit Bomb to Krillin, when Krillin was shocked that Cell can use the Kamehameha wave.

Hmm..maybe someday Toriyama sensei tell, he made the whole Dragon Ball GT SERIES(maybe not), and than every GT hater say: oh my lloyd I love GT!
Its kind of like, when Zeth post something the second and third comment after that: oh yes, Zeth was right! and they post that without read the whole comment.

So GT is not a fail, I agree GT is strange but we can't skip Super Saiyan 4, or 10xkamehameha or cell's special donut attack..its part of the series, yes I know the only king is Dragon Ball(without Z), but ZEQ2 Lite don't have any character from that series, its based on Z.

So why don't use GT characters or attacks? it's not Overpowered, Bleach is Overpowered(bigger blasts than in Dragon Ball GT)..

try those attacks

Vegeta never used final explosion until WAAAAY after cell saga he can't use Spirit Bomb without a pure heart and you can't say evil cause freiza couldn't touch it and the rest of those attacks are on the original cell and were using other ones for this one
